Scholarships are very diverse, and each one will require you to meet different pre-requisites. If you are interested in getting the Samuel J. and Daphonal T. Bell Scholarship Endowment, you will be expected to be a freshman in college who has demonstrated a high level of academic prowess. In addition this, you are also expected to be in need of financial aid, and you must fill out the FAFSA form to determine your eligibility. The total amount offered for this scholarship is $5000. Students who are interested in Information Technology may want to consider the Northern Virginia Technology Council Bannister Scholarship. This degree is tailored towards third year students who wish to earn their degrees in IT or Engineering.
