One problem with difficult managers is that they often don’t realize they’re hard to deal with. Employees may be reluctant to speak up for fear of being punished for their actions. You can work under a different supervisor, and this may eliminate some of the problems you’re having. If there are no other departments available for you to go to, it may be time to begin looking for another job.
